All deposits paid through Nodus are protected. If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking, we work to recover your deposit through our booking protection process. We always recommend keeping all communications and confirmations on the platform to ensure full protection.

Yes. The Nodus planning dashboard supports multi-event coordination. You can organise separate vendor lists, payment schedules, and confirmation trackers for each event within your wedding programme — all under one login.

Verified vendors display a badge on their profile confirming they've completed Nodus's onboarding process: identity verification, business registration check, and review of previous client references. All reviews on verified profiles are confirmed as coming from real bookings.

A native mobile app is on our product roadmap. Currently, the Nodus platform is fully responsive and works on all mobile browsers. When you receive your invitation, you'll be able to access everything from your phone without needing to download an app.
