Booking documentation
Every booking on Nodus is confirmed in writing, and every payment goes through Stripe with that confirmation built in. If a vendor cancels or fails to deliver, you can raise a dispute through your Nodus dashboard, with the written record to point to.

Agree the payment plan with each vendor: a deposit to confirm, then the balance before your event, each paid directly to your vendor through Stripe. Every payment is completed before the service is delivered.

Questions worth answering honestly
Yes. Nodus is free for couples: no fees to browse vendors, message, plan or book. You pay only the vendor's own price for the services you book. Nodus is paid by vendors, as a commission on the payments they receive through Nodus. There are no subscriptions and no hidden charges.
When you book a vendor through Nodus, the booking is confirmed in writing and your payment goes securely through Stripe, with the confirmation built into every transaction. If a vendor cancels without a resolution, you can raise a dispute through your Nodus dashboard.
Vendors you've already found can apply to join Nodus for free. Our free shortlist service can also include vendors who aren't on Nodus yet, and comes back to you within 5 working days.
Nodus is live now. Browse vendors at app.thenodus.uk/vendors. You don't need an account to browse; you'll be asked to sign up when you want to save a vendor or enquire. Vendors are joining now, and we check each one before they go live.
Card payments are handled by Stripe, and Nodus never stores your full card details.
