A platform service fee applies when you confirm a booking — it is displayed as a separate line item at checkout before you pay, so you always know the full cost. There are no subscriptions and no hidden charges. You only pay when a booking goes ahead.

How does Nodus confirm and document bookings?

When you book a vendor through Nodus, your payment is processed securely through Stripe with written booking confirmation built into every transaction. If a vendor cancels without a resolution, you can raise a dispute through your Nodus dashboard to help resolve it.

Can I use Nodus for vendors I've already found?

Yes. You can invite any vendor into your Nodus dashboard, even if they're not already registered on the platform. They'll receive a free supplier account and can manage your booking, communications, and payments from there, bringing all your vendors under one roof.

When does Nodus launch?

Nodus is live now. Browse vendors now at app.thenodus.uk/vendors. No account needed to browse — you're prompted to save or enquire when you're ready. Vendor profiles are growing week by week as we approve new suppliers.

Is my payment data secure?

All payment processing on Nodus runs through regulated UK payment infrastructure. Card details are never stored directly on our servers, and your financial data is encrypted end-to-end.
