Compare and connect
Browse vendors by category and region. Vendors who pass our checks carry a Nodus Verified badge, and their profiles include a real portfolio and a price range. Reviews, when they arrive, come only from completed bookings. Message vendors directly through your Nodus inbox, so nothing gets lost in a WhatsApp thread.
Book in writing
Confirm your booking through Nodus. Every booking confirmed in writing. Your payment is processed securely through Stripe, with written booking confirmation built into every transaction. If a vendor cancels or fails to deliver, you can raise a dispute through your Nodus dashboard to help resolve it.
Celebrate
Your wedding runs. Every payment was completed before the day, directly to each vendor through Stripe. Reviews are coming: once they arrive, you can leave one after the event to help the next couple planning a South Asian wedding find the right team.

Your payment is processed securely by Stripe and goes directly to the vendor’s own Stripe account. Nodus never holds your money. Your quote, payment schedule and terms are recorded against the booking. If a vendor cancels or fails to deliver, you can raise a dispute through your Nodus dashboard to help resolve it. This is not an insurance product. It is how the platform is built.

Payment scheduling
Agree the payment plan with each vendor when you book: a deposit to confirm, then the balance before your event, each paid directly to your vendor through Stripe. Every payment is completed before the service is delivered.

Verified review system
Reviews, when they arrive, come only from completed bookings. No anonymous submissions, no incentivised posts. Couples will rate each vendor after the event, and those ratings build a public track record that grows with every booking.

Setting up your event profile takes around three minutes. After that, it depends on how quickly you and the vendor agree terms. Once a quote is accepted, the contract and payment go through Nodus straight away.
They can apply to join Nodus for free, and we check every vendor before they can take bookings. Our free shortlist service can also include vendors who aren’t on Nodus yet, and comes back to you within 5 working days.
When you pay through Nodus, the payment is processed securely by Stripe and goes directly to the vendor’s Stripe account. Nodus never holds your money. You pay a deposit to confirm and the balance before your event, and every payment is completed before the service is delivered. If a vendor cancels or fails to deliver, you can raise a dispute through your Nodus dashboard to help resolve it. Card payments are handled by Stripe, and Nodus never stores your full card details.
Yes. Your booking record on Nodus documents the agreed cancellation terms before you commit. If plans change, the vendor's own terms apply. You can download them from the vendor's storefront, and they're shown alongside every quote. If a vendor cancels, Nodus steps in to help you find a replacement.
