Is Nodus free for couples?
Yes. Nodus is completely free for couples to use. Vendors pay a commission only on completed bookings — no subscriptions, no listing fees.
How are my payments protected?
Every payment made through Nodus is processed through regulated infrastructure. Booking protection is built into every transaction.
What if my vendor cancels?
If a vendor cancels, Nodus steps in to help resolve it. Every payment is processed through regulated infrastructure with booking protection built in. We also maintain a network of verified alternatives to help you find a replacement quickly.
Can I use Nodus on my phone?
Yes. The Nodus dashboard is fully mobile-responsive. A dedicated app is on our product roadmap for release after launch.
How do instalments work?
Instead of paying a large deposit upfront and hoping for the best, Nodus lets you split payments into scheduled instalments that fit your cash flow. Each instalment is held securely until the relevant service milestone is delivered.
How are vendors verified?
Every vendor on Nodus goes through an audit before their profile goes live — business verification, portfolio review, and identity checks. You won't find unverified listings on Nodus.
