How much does Nodus cost for vendors?
Nothing upfront. Nodus operates on a commission-only model — you pay a small percentage only when a booking through the platform completes. There are no monthly fees, no listing charges, and no subscription. Commission rates are confirmed during your onboarding call.
When do I receive payment?
Payments are processed through Stripe and released to you on booking confirmation. Final payments are released after the event is marked complete by the couple.
Is there an exclusivity requirement?
No. Nodus is not exclusive. You can continue taking bookings through other channels, directories, or direct enquiries. Nodus simply adds an additional qualified channel on top of what you already do.
What happens if a couple cancels?
Your cancellation terms apply — the same as any direct booking. Nodus enforces your published cancellation policy on your behalf. Deposits are only refundable if your policy states so, protecting your revenue.
What types of vendors can join?
Nodus accepts all categories of wedding and event supplier: venue, catering, photography, videography, music, decor, hair and makeup, mehendi, dhol, transport, and more. If you serve South Asian weddings professionally in the UK, you're eligible.
Which regions does Nodus cover?
We're building region by region, starting with the North West — Manchester, Bolton, Bradford, Blackburn, Preston, Leeds, and Huddersfield — then the Midlands and Greater London.
