Why some tools are limited
A few of these tools overlap with features being built in the Nodus app, such as the budget tracker and the task manager. The website versions stay simple: one estimate, nothing saved. When you want to keep your numbers and track them against real quotes, the button on each tool takes you into the app.

Yes. Every tool on this page is free and works without an account. Nothing you type is saved.
Some tools, such as the budget planner, are limited versions of features coming to the app. The free version gives you an estimate. The app, when the feature is live, lets you save it and track it against real quotes and bookings.
Yes. The wedding budget planner splits your total across ceremonies and categories using ranges from published UK South Asian wedding cost guides.
Use the vendor earnings calculator. Enter a booking value and it shows the commission, the Stripe card fees and what reaches your account.

This free calculator does the sum for every event, with ranges from prices UK venues publish: from £14 a head for a simple buffet menu to over £40 for premium packages. Enter your caterer's quote when you have one for an exact figure.
- Free toolGuest count planner for every ceremonyThis free planner adds up your guests for each ceremony, split by the bride's side, the groom's side and shared guests, with adults and children counted separately. It shows a total for each event and your largest ceremony, which is the number venues and caterers ask for first. Invitations and RSVPs are coming to the Nodus app.
- Free toolWedding vendor earnings calculatorEnter a booking value to see what you keep on Nodus after commission and Stripe card fees. On a £3,000 booking paid by standard UK cards, a founding vendor at 3% keeps £2,864.60 and a vendor at the 8% standard rate keeps £2,714.60. The calculator also compares a 15% marketplace and a monthly directory subscription.

It uses the same weighting as the profile score coming to the Nodus vendor dashboard, which will also check your availability calendar and update as you edit.
- Free toolSouth Asian wedding budget plannerEnter your total budget, pick your ceremonies and guest numbers, and this free planner splits the money across each event and across categories. Published UK guides put catering at roughly 30 to 35% of a South Asian wedding budget and venues at around 20 to 25%. It gives one estimate and saves nothing.
