Nodus is live. We are a small founding team based in Manchester, building the platform that brings vendor discovery, bookings, contracts, and payments into one place for South Asian couples planning their weddings in the UK.
We are not a large company and we are not pretending to be. What we are is a team that understands the problem from the inside, moves fast, and holds ourselves to a high standard. The people who join now will have a real impact on what this becomes.

What we're looking for

Engineers
Full-stack engineers who think about product, not just code. We are building for reliability and trust — the infrastructure handling real money and real weddings needs to be right. If you have strong opinions about how software should be built and care about the user on the other end, we want to talk.
Designers
Product and brand designers who understand that design is about decisions, not decoration. Nodus has a distinct visual identity and a complex product to make simple. If you do both well — the interface and the brand — we are interested.
Community & Partnerships
People who know the South Asian wedding industry in the UK from the inside. Vendor relationships, community trust, and word-of-mouth are the engine of this business. If you have deep connections in this space and understand how it actually works, you are exactly who we need.
Operations
Generalists who can hold many things at once and do not need every decision to come from above. At a company this size, operations means whatever needs doing — vendor onboarding, process building, customer support, and all the things that do not have a job title yet.

Accountability
We do what we say. When we commit to a couple or a vendor, that commitment means something. Internally, accountability means owning problems rather than escalating them, and being honest when something is not working. We would rather hear bad news early than good news late.
Warmth
We are building for a community that puts enormous care into how people are treated. That warmth is not a brand value — it is how we actually operate, with each other, with vendors, and with couples. We are direct and honest, but we are never cold. People can feel the difference.
Infrastructure
We think about the long game. Infrastructure is not glamorous, but it is what allows everything else to work reliably. We build things that hold up — under load, under pressure, when things go wrong. Fast and fragile is not a tradeoff we make.
