Where we are
We're early, and that's the point.
Nodus is live. We're a small founding team based in Manchester, building the platform that brings vendor discovery, bookings, contracts and payments into one place for South Asian couples planning their weddings in the UK.
We are not a large company and we are not pretending to be. We understand the problem from the inside, we move fast and we hold ourselves to a high standard. The people who join now will shape what this becomes.
We build in public, sharing our process, our thinking and our progress with the community we're building for. If you want to work somewhere that's open about how things are going, this is that.

What we're looking for
We don't have formal open roles right now, but we're always interested in people who are exceptional at what they do and care about what we're building. If you fit any of these descriptions, get in touch.
Engineers
Full-stack engineers who think about product, not just code. We're building for reliability and trust: software that handles real money and real weddings has to be right. If you have strong opinions about how software should be built and care about the user on the other end, we want to talk.

Product and brand designers who see design as decisions, not decoration. Nodus has a distinct visual identity and a complex product to make simple. If you do both well (the interface and the brand), we're interested.

Our values
Accountability
We do what we say. When we commit to a couple or a vendor, that commitment means something. Internally, accountability means owning problems rather than escalating them, and being honest when something is not working. We would rather hear bad news early than good news late.
Warmth
We're building for a community that puts enormous care into how people are treated, and we try to work the same way: with each other, with vendors and with couples. We're direct and honest, but never cold. People can feel the difference.
Infrastructure
We think about the long game. Infrastructure isn't glamorous, but it's what lets everything else work reliably. We build things that hold up under load, under pressure and when things go wrong. Fast and fragile is not a tradeoff we make.
