Your Nodus profile is your storefront

Couples search by date first. A storefront with real packages and an up-to-date calendar puts you in front of the families who can book you.

Your storefront is where a couple checks your prices, the ceremonies you cover and whether you're free, before they send a message. Profiles and public browsing work today. Packages, the full calendar and date filtering are coming, and we mark each one below.

The problem

Why a listing isn't enough

A directory listing tells a couple you exist. It doesn't tell them whether you're free on 14 June, whether you do the mehndi as well as the walima, or roughly what a day costs. So they message to ask, you reply to ask their date, and half of those conversations end with "sorry, I'm booked that weekend". Every one of those takes time you could spend on couples who can book you.

How it works

What goes in your storefront

Packages, plus piece-by-piece services

Build packages with a name, a description, what's included and what isn't, a price (fixed, "from", or on request) and the events each one covers: mehndi, sangeet, nikkah, baraat, walima, reception, mayun, engagement or a full weekend. Sell single services alongside them for families who want to build their own. Couples see your packages as cards on your profile and can press "Enquire about this package", which names it in the message. Coming.

The calendar is the core

Mark dates as available, on hold or blocked. Confirmed bookings block their dates for you. Couples see your availability on your profile, and when the date filter goes live they'll find you by searching for their day. The vendors who keep the calendar current will get the enquiries worth answering. Coming. The groundwork is in the app, and the full calendar and date filter are being built.

Free vendor resources when you sign up

Every vendor who joins gets free resources that help you fill in your storefront and your calendar, because a complete profile is what brings date-matched enquiries.

Want to check the numbers first? Try the vendor earnings calculator. Founding vendors also get help writing their profile on the 20-minute call, and extra visibility through our launch articles and social posts.

Open pricing

What it costs

Nothing to list and no subscription. Commission is taken from each payment you receive through Nodus: 3% for your first 24 months as a founding vendor, then 8%. The standard rate is 8%. Founding places are limited. Couples pay your quoted price directly into your own Stripe account and never see a fee. Full details are on the pricing page.

Questions

It is your Nodus profile, set up to sell: your portfolio, the ceremonies you cover, your packages and your piece-by-piece services, each with a price, plus your availability. Couples enquire straight from it.

Yes, that is the design. A photographer might sell a full weekend package and also a single mehndi evening. Packages are coming to the app, with fixed, from or on-request prices and the event types each one covers.

Couples usually have a date before anything else. When the calendar is complete, couples will be able to filter vendors by their date, so an up-to-date calendar means your enquiries are for dates you can take. Confirmed bookings will block the date for you.

No. There is no subscription and no listing charge. Vendors pay commission on each payment they receive through Nodus: 3% for founding vendors for their first 24 months, then 8%. The standard rate is 8%.

Guides on pricing your packages, enquiry reply templates, a wedding season calendar and a walkthrough for setting up your availability, plus a quick profile check. Several are being published now.
